Leadership and Learning Pathway's Philosophy

LLPs philosophy is based on the premise that:

• As individuals our experience of the world as  is but a part, although an important part, of a world composed of innumerable elements that add up to a totality.

• People generally - and not simply those in overall charge of things, or indeed those honoured by the state, academia or the media - are knowledgeable. 

• In general each person has something worthwhile to offer, and are concerned about others.

• Love is more productive than indifference.

• Knowledge is more fun than ignorance.

• The world can be a better place than that depicted on our television screens, or written about in the daily press.

LLP acknowledges that the exercise of leadership and shared learning are interwoven and both are journeys of discovery that enhance the possibility of our survival on the planet.
